The conference kicked off on Sunday, April 30th, with a series of workshops covering a variety of topics, including:

After the workshops, the Next Level Leadership Development Program kick-off took place. This program is designed to help HVAC professionals develop the skills they need to be successful leaders.
The evening concluded with a new member/first timers Meet & Greet, where first-time attendees could meet in a smaller group with fellow new members, the BLUE HAWK Board of Directors, and staff. The Meet & Greet featured the New Product Showcase, where attendees could learn about the latest products and services from BLUE HAWK partners.
Day two of the conference began with a member-owners meeting. This meeting allowed members to learn about the latest news and updates from BLUE HAWK. After the member-owners meeting, attendees could participate in face-to-face meetings at the Alliance and Solution Partner Center. These meetings allowed attendees to meet with vendors and partners to discuss their specific needs.
The afternoon of day two featured the awards lunch. At the awards lunch, BLUE HAWK recognized its top performers and partners.
In the evening, Infor hosted a happy hour at the pool bar at the hotel to thank our customers for the business and discuss with some prospects how we can help make their business more efficient with our industry-specific ERP and WMS solutions. This was an opportunity for attendees to relax and network with other attendees. The happy hour was followed by the battle of the bands, where BLUE HAWK members showed off their musical skills on the stage!
