Oliver Packaging sees customer and employee satisfaction grow in CloudSuite

Oliver Packaging and Equipment, a trusted brand found in food service environments around the world, designs and manufactures simple high-quality equipment and meal packaging solutions that allow customers to serve more meals efficiently every day. For close to 90 years, Oliver has been providing quality bakery and meal packaging equipment and unmatched customer service to bakeries, supermarkets, healthcare organizations, schools, and more.

To continue its growth plans, Oliver needed to modernize its business processes and systems to stay competitive in today’s demanding equipment industry. Running on a 30-year-old legacy ERP solution which was unsupported by the software provider, Oliver had limited internal IT staff to maintain the old system, and a number of those staff were approaching retirement. By moving their ERP to Infor CloudSuite Industrial, they have seen employee productivity and customer satisfaction increase.
